    SMS Services

    Our package provides Promotional SMS as per TRAI regulations.

    The sender Id for the transactional/ promotional messages is alpha (e.g. LM-AAAAAA) and needs to be specified by the client.

    Transactional Messages are sent on DND numbers and can be sent during a 24 hour window.

    Promotional messages cannot be sent through the transactional route. If promotional messages are sent through transactional route, the transactional route will get converted to promotional.
